Shipping Policy

I generally ship via Canada Post, however I am open to shipping parts wherever or however you need them to go. Shipping options will be provided to you and the cost paid in advance as part of the purchase.

f you have a physical street address and a PO Box, please provide both for delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct BEFORE checkout, as it will help greatly to ensure the fastest fulfillment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please be sure that you know what it is that you are buying. Should you order the wrong part or no longer need it, I will gladly take it back provided it is in the same condition as it was sent out in and you contact me within 2 days of pickup or receipt of delivery. There will be 30% withheld from the original part cost to be returned to allow for restocking.

Items with defects or damage from shipping will be refunded in full after the item has been returned. The item must remain in the same condition it was shipped in, or the return may not be accepted. Shipping and handling expenses are nonrefundable. Returns must be approved before a refund can be issued.

Electrical items are NON-RETURNABLE for 3 reasons.
#1 - Customers could use the part for testing.
#2 - Customers could install them on an incorrect machine.
#3 - My inability to retest most electrical parts after they have been returned and the machine has already been torn down. I will not resell anything that I can't assure our customer was in working order when they bought it.

ABOUT WEAR ITEMS: Bearings, bushings, gaskets, seals, cables, clutch plates, sprockets, pistons, and rings are all WEAR ITEMS and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the listing. All parts are USED unless specifically noted otherwise in the item description, this means they may be old, dirty, scratched, scuffed, or have blemishes/imperfections. Please inspect the photos of your potential purchases carefully.

Return shipping of the part needs to be prepaid.
